Usually, I receive excellent service and in a timely manner. This time I had to wait hours, apparently because the sensor I needed for a rear tire was not available and had to be gotten. This was a fo manner. This time I had to wait hours, apparently because the sensor I needed for a rear tire was not available and had to be gotten. This was a follow up from a prior service call and should have been on hand. Also, I thought (my fault for not checking) the new tires were to be placed on the front, and they were not. Also, the prices for work and parts kept increasing. I will be more through the next time in dealing with Shottenkirk. More
