Still a great place for auto maintenance!! This was our first visit to Shortline since it changed over from being Suss. Some of the staff is still there. We found ourselves getting ANOTHER pleasant, 3,000 service on our vehicle. Clean facility; nice waiting room; prompt service (We had an appointment.); thorough explanation of work performed. We are happy all the good stuff about automobile maintenance is still available under the "new" roof!!! More

It’s going back in on Monday. Service advisor was apologetic but this will be the 6th time in for the same steering issue. More

Confusing Came in to look at a particular used car which the salesman showed us. Then he showed us another car that met our needs which we ended up buying. the Came in to look at a particular used car which the salesman showed us. Then he showed us another car that met our needs which we ended up buying. the salesman was nice and very polite during this process but did get some of the details about the car and warranties wrong. The process of getting to a price was relatively easy but then the handoff to finance was very slow and got a bit confusing. There was also confusion on some of the details such as name and address of the car buyer, and the amount to be financed in the handoff between the salesman and finance person. Finally, it took three days to actually get the car because it needed to be detailed before we could take it. But this wasn't mentioned until after all the paperwork was signed and we are ready to leave. To your credit they did notice that the tires were in really bad shape and delivered the car with good tires on it. Overall I think we got a good car at a fair price but I'm not sure I would recommend your dealership to someone else. More
