Horrible Experience! I brought my GMC Terrain in for a scheduled routine oil change and tire rotation. I bought the extended warranty at the time that I bought my truck, s I brought my GMC Terrain in for a scheduled routine oil change and tire rotation. I bought the extended warranty at the time that I bought my truck, so that I wouldn't have to come out pocket for this service. I dropped off my truck at 8:30am for my 8:45am scheduled appointment. I also added the suggested spark plug replacement service as well, since the service advisor said they do do this service that morning as well. I left the premises for about two hours and went into the waiting lounge for either someone to call me or come get me when my truck was done. My mistake was not checking with the service team and getting an update. Since I was studying, I lost track of time. Once I realized that it was going on 3:00pm, I packed up my items and walked to the service area. As I waited behind a customer in line, the service advisor recognized me and admitted that they forgot to contact me when my truck ready. Supposedly the mechanic needed to take the truck from some type of drive, then I could be on my way. Once the mechanic brought the truck around the front entrance, the service advisor quickly met the mechanic and offered to have my truck washed. After waiting 6 hours, what was 15 more minutes. As I was paying for the service that wasnt covered by my extended warranty, the tone deaf gesture of handing me a card for a free oil change during my next visit was somewhat insulting especially after it was noted that I already receive free oil changes! Not sure if it was just a coincidence, but I NEVER had any bad experiences when this location was Suss. At this point, I can't say that I'll ever return to THIS location for any business or service again. I want to believe that maybe this was a simple mistake, at my expense, but the way it was handles afterwards left an extremely bad taste in my mouth! More

Awful My service was fine but really...how long should it take to change my oil and check my breaks? Two hours that I was quoted when I arrived was insane! I am so glad I had time to stay otherwise a trip across town would have been for nothing. Unfortunately it took longer than they 2 hours quoted. I miss the service I received by the Suss team. I won’t be back. I will find another dealership closer to home. And no coupon? It’s a great thing I asked about the rebate otherwise it would have been a rip-off anyway. More
