The Parts department had what I needed in stock and were easy to work with as well. More

Service manager lied to me. Sold me a car with bad rotors, had them replaced after 5 months and they went out 6 months later. Said it was my back rotors so I spent $500 to fix th Sold me a car with bad rotors, had them replaced after 5 months and they went out 6 months later. Said it was my back rotors so I spent $500 to fix the back rotors and it ended up being the front ones they had just replaced. Would never recommend this place to anyone. More

Honest service and good communication during appointment I have brought my Mitsubishi Eclipse here for service for years, and I appreciate that there have been multiple times when I asked something be checke I have brought my Mitsubishi Eclipse here for service for years, and I appreciate that there have been multiple times when I asked something be checked on, but rather than charge me for some phantom issue, they’ve communicated honestly and said “you’re still good on that” or “your front brakes look good, but it’s time to service the rear brakes” or “we tested it, and the A/C is still reaching the full level of cold, and the Freon levels are still at 100%” or situations like that. Since it is expensive to keep up with servicing any car, I appreciate when they let me know that it’s ok as is and doesn’t require some new part or labor to keep it running smoothly. Angela and Nate in particular are wonderful; I hope they never go anywhere else! More
