Adam Ferry is awesome!!! I needed a car to commute to my newly acquired job, so I spontaneously and randomly walked into Shortline Mitsubishi. Immediately upon being dropped o I needed a car to commute to my newly acquired job, so I spontaneously and randomly walked into Shortline Mitsubishi. Immediately upon being dropped off from the last Uber I'll ever need, I ran into Adam Ferry. I don't make alot of money as a barista, and Adam knew exactly what type of car was right for me and my price range. With Adam's excellent customer service, and very accommodating owner & staff at Shortline, I was able to drive away with a brand new car in less than 4 hours. Now I'm a proud car owner, thanks to Adam, and everyone at Shortline Mitsubishi. More

Maintenance At first, I did call during 3 days then I did find a man on phone to answer and setup an appointment for my car maintenance because she didn’t answer At first, I did call during 3 days then I did find a man on phone to answer and setup an appointment for my car maintenance because she didn’t answer my phone during 3 days. I did replace my car tires at discount tire before so , my car needs alignment . Then, the dealer did alignment it gets worse. I can’t speed up over 45mil/h right now but before of maintenance my car doesn’t have speed issues, I did drive up to 80mil/h but now , I can’t drive over 48 mi/ h because my car Shaking /because of wrong or none alignment even I did pay for alignment. Lack of speed and no priority or parts! I own a 2017 mitchubishi. it need clutch. Took 4 days to diagnose the problem. Finally get a hold of some one and some how you a mitchubishi dealer do I own a 2017 mitchubishi. it need clutch. Took 4 days to diagnose the problem. Finally get a hold of some one and some how you a mitchubishi dealer doesn't have the parts for an almost new car? So I get quoted a week and a rediculous amount to fix it. But I had no choice I was in side straights. And needed it fixed. Well almost 2 weeks roll around. Your cars ready well thanks. Once again waited in the lobby for a good 45 mins with no help or concern. Customer come first and feel used honestly. And no parts in dealership that sells that car crazy. More

Quality Dealership We've owned three Mitsubishi's because of the quality of service after the purchase. This dealership is no exception. The only thing I don't underst We've owned three Mitsubishi's because of the quality of service after the purchase. This dealership is no exception. The only thing I don't understand is why the service person always has food containers all over her desk, no matter what time of day or day of the week. They're usually open so it's obvious they've been there awhile. This takes away from her credibility and professionalism. Otherwise, great place to do business! More

Down payment was $3500 and the taxable amount of $11441 at 6.9 percent. Interest rate at 3.49. How the heck I am still paying $260.40 for 5 years? More
