Disappointed Bought a used car from them, when I got home I realized some noises in the car called the salesman and told him about it he asked me to bring it back Bought a used car from them, when I got home I realized some noises in the car called the salesman and told him about it he asked me to bring it back and get it checked. The shop person told me there is nothing wrong with it, it was so obvious that he didn't want to fix the problem, however, I went to the sale manager and asked him if I can take it somewhere else to get it checked they will help me to fix it, he rudly said NO. Basically, I am screwed up by purchasing a used car from them(NEVER AGIAN). When I took the car to an independent shop they where three mounts are completely torn, 2 engine mounts and one transmission mount and the steering system had to be flushed.It was great to work with Nick the salesman, great guy in a bad dealership. More

Other recalls not fixed I got two other letters saying the rubber ring and something else is recalled. When I went in the second time and asked Broadway Mitsubishi to replace I got two other letters saying the rubber ring and something else is recalled. When I went in the second time and asked Broadway Mitsubishi to replace they said it still looks good and gave me a five year warranty. It’s been over five years and I just went in for a recall on a belt etc. Asked them to please replace and fix the other two. The girl said they would cause they have the parts. A little late she told me they couldn’t do it. Cause the two weren’t recalls they were T something. I really wanted it fixed cause my family and I usually take my car because it’s newer. We drive the Oakley Kansas sometimes and I’m afraid one of those other two recalls are going to break and then I’m going to be on the side of the road broke down. And then have to pay a lot of money to get a tow and to get it fixed. Please look in your system to see what the other two were over five years ago and think about fixing it for me I’d really appreciate it. More

Very helpfull We came in to purchase a plug-in Outlander and Adam helped us out. He was very nice and knowledgeable about the car. He explained many features it had and had us drive it around several times. We were concerned about the power the car would have being a plug-in. Adam informed us that we would be very happy and surprise as to how well it drove compared to other cars. We went to another two dealerships to test drive other cars. Adam was correct the outlander phev was by far the best. We came running back to Adam and bought it that same day. He helped us with all the paperwork and did a fantastic job helping us with what we needed. He showed us where the key for the tires was how to inflate the tires as well as many other items we may not have known about. We appreciate his time and patience. More
