Took care of my Grand Lady I brought in my 2000 Subaru Forester to my dealer of 20plus years to find Shortline Subaru was sold to Schomp - after keeping my car for almost a week I brought in my 2000 Subaru Forester to my dealer of 20plus years to find Shortline Subaru was sold to Schomp - after keeping my car for almost a week for some routine repairs; I picked it up to find there was a communication glitch & not all the repairs were done, even though on the phone they said they checked. I took my car & called from home to make another appointment to come back. When I didn't receive an email as promised - I called to find the appointment was recorded incorrectly - in frustration & concern that they did not know what they were doing; I cancelled the appointment. It was suggested to me by a service finance company to try & see if Mitsubishi Shortline would be able & willing to finish the work. I called & spoke with Maegan who checked & said no problem. Long story-short - they finished the service within a day & checked the work Schomp did upon my request & even washed my car without being asked.
