Nightmare experience My car wasn't fully repaired. 1 of the issues was never addressed or fixed. I was referred by my warranty company and I asked this dealership if billing the warranty would be a problem and I was told absolutely not. No one bothered to contact me the entire day about my car or to let me know it was ready. Then when I called them all they really said was you know you owe us, right? When I asked why they didn't bill my warranty company like requested, the same girl I originally spoke with told me that's not their responsibility. She was condescending and rude. I asked to speak with a manager and she refused, said he was busy. She told me he would call me, he never did. Luckily my warranty company handled it from there after I reached out to them. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I wouldn't go back if they were the last dealership in the world. I will be telling everyone I know what was done to me and how horrendous this place is. More
