Insulting experience When checking me in Cindy, insisted I had never brought my truck into the dealership (when in fact it was there within the last 45 days). She wasn't pulling my information up and proceeded to ask was I sure I had brought it to Shortline. Her means of questioning and insisting possibly I had never brought my truck in was insulting and not very customer service friendly. She later found my vehicle (only to learn the VIN supposedly had been entered incorrectly). Not a happy customer experience. More

I asked how many they were replacing when I dropped it off to get the work done, the rep didn’t know but said she would ask and call me to let me know, she never did. I found out when I picked it up they only replaced 2, which was frustrating becuause I’ve taken my car in twice now for the front screen (the only one they didn’t replace). More
