Due to an unexpected delay in securing a needed part for the Tundra , Lori expedited the arrangement of supplying me with a truck loaner . With the truck loaner , I was able to continue my daily work without any loss . After the needed part arrived and installed , Lori made certain that I was contacted promptly so that I could pick up my Tundra . Know about your car before having service done. I have a 2015 Camry with 23,000 miles , I took it in for routine check up. ( I worked on cars for many years.) The lady came in and had my engine air I have a 2015 Camry with 23,000 miles , I took it in for routine check up. ( I worked on cars for many years.) The lady came in and had my engine air filter in hand, it was still very clean. The bottom had very little if any dirt, she tried to sell me a new one for $27.00 , also to clean the throttle body. As soon as I told her I purchased the extra coverage she said OH, we will blow out the filter and replace it next time.As the cabin filter and engine filter are covered. I understand you want to make money but really?It,s things like this that makes customers go to another repair shop. Other then this everyone is very nice to me. Between me and my family we have bought at least 5 cars from them. A word of advice take care of all your customers , check your records if a family keeps coming back ,you want that level of trust to continue, in both sales and service. Also it,s the little things that make customers happy, If my car needs a wash I always ask if they can have it washed, they never turned me down. That along with being honest is how you keep customers. More
