Dave Schulnick scheduled an appointment for the next day and the vehicle was dropped off at 8:00 a.m. Later that day, Dave called and informed me the service was complete and that a valve in the A/C system was replaced, while I was expecting the hear that a more expensive part was needed. When I dropped by to pick up the truck, Dave was busy with another customer, so Lori Reynolds walked me through the check-out process so I didn't have to wait for Dave. All in all, a pleasant experience. More

Couldn't have been treated more fairly Over the years I have meet some real jerks at car dealerships (however I've been one back to them) but the folks I encountered at Shore Toyota were re Over the years I have meet some real jerks at car dealerships (however I've been one back to them) but the folks I encountered at Shore Toyota were real cool, level-headed people. Even though I impolitely walked out on them on my first visit I reconsidered what was being offered me and went back the next day and asked if they would still honor the deal from the night before. They did...and then went a bit further than I expected and actually apologized for any discomfort they caused me. It was nice to work with people who would meet you in the middle with an investment. Lori Reynols was a perfect Service person. The service was done in a clean and perfect manor. The only problem was the Check Engine Light came on as I turned on to route 40 for home. We knew The service was done in a clean and perfect manor. The only problem was the Check Engine Light came on as I turned on to route 40 for home. We knew it was intermittent . It was off when I came in Lori told meif it comes on in the next 5 days I should bring the car in and they would check it out. My only problem is I have a bed ridden wife who I cannot leave alone. We have a Hospice Nurse who comes in each morning for one hour tp care for my wife. That means the only time I can leave to do errands only when the nurse is there.
