Great service I had an appointment on Monday morning and I was going to drop my vehicle off. I found out late Friday night that I would have to wait with the vehicle and I called immediately. Marie in the service center was very nice and told me to go ahead and come in but it might be a bit of a wait. I arrived and spoke to Bob Anderson who also told me it might be a bit of a wait. I certainly appreciated knowing that in advance and appreciated that they were able to take my vehicle anyway. Not knowing is always the problem but everyone informed me and I was prepared. As it was I didn't wait that long - my mechanic - Jim Fox is great - always lets me know what is going on with my car and future service that will be needed! Good experience! More

Please see below It took 3 phone calls to finally get the appointment scheduled, no one returned the messages we left until my wife finally get hold of a person. When I arrived I had to stand there as no one would acknowledge me even though there was no one ahead of me. Finally one of the guys pointed me to a guy in the corner and said he would help me. I was going to wash my car prior to my visit and wife said they always wash your car after it is serviced. I mentioned it and the service tech wrote it on the order but it still did not get washed. We have been using your service center for over 10 years and Dave Schulnick always took very good care of us and for that reason we bought this Highlander there in August. I didn't get a very good feeling in the time I spent in the service department. More
Giving false info I was Asked by Tina during last service appointment to have tire alignment. This car was purchased just recently in July 2017 from Shore Toyota. I ask I was Asked by Tina during last service appointment to have tire alignment. This car was purchased just recently in July 2017 from Shore Toyota. I asked for print out stating I needed it. Tina advised the service department only does that if I agree to have the alignment done which does not make any sense as how else do you know it’s needed. I said no I do not need it and wanted confirmation. So I wasted more of my own time by taking my car to another shop who hooked the car up to a machine free of charge and it’s numbers showed I did not need an alignment. I made complaint about this with your delarship but this fell on deaf ears. During this appointment Tina was my service advisor again. She asked me again for a tire alignment. I explained I was not happy about being asked for something I do not need as I obtained proof it was not needed. I immediately felt the negative body language from Tina which was not pleasant. I do not appreciate being sold things I do not need and then given an attitude. Tina also shared that I am getting a free cabin filter which costs $65. I could buy a cabin filter from Walmart for $25 and install myself in a minute. This might be good business tactics for somebody who does not have a clue! Overall, bad business from a customer standpoint. This is reason why I do my own work on my car. When I purchased the vehicle from Shore Toyota I gave them a chance and was promised The service department would be better. It’s clearly not and they still do not have the customers best interest in mind. This will certainly be my last purchase of a vehicle from Shore Toyota. Their service department is to blame. More
