When I got Bob Anderson I had a appointment originally on Mar.23 at 9:00a.m. I called and the girl had me come in onMar.22 at 11:30 a.m. On Thursday. When I got Bob Anderson took me right away listened to what I wanted checked and took good care of me.When he came inside(I waited for my car) he explained everything to me and want was also needed to be done.Bob Anderson was a very good service agent and I intend to only go to him when I bring my car in to be serviced .Bob rates a 100 on my scale as far as listening and helping me making it enjoyable. Great Experience! I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The service waiting area was clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the wonderful selection of coff I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The service waiting area was clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the wonderful selection of coffee that was freshly brewed in individual servings. The employees were pleasant and helpful. The sales agent, Olti Celepijath, with whom I have worked for the past 10-15 years came over to say hello. He showed me the latest RAV 4 models and explained the new features. He even checked to see when my lease would be ending so that I could lease the newest model. Unfortunately, I will not be eligible until June of 2019. I did not have to wait long for the servicing to be completed. Prior to leaving, my service agent, Mr. Fredericks, walked me to my automobile and explained what had been done and answered my questions. He indicated when my next service visit should be and what would be done. I drove away as a happy customer! More
