Top notch Todd Gardner and Jesse, worked to get me a new vehicle and deal that I could be happy with. Todd picked out a RAV4 that suited my needs to a "T". Shore Toyota's service trumps rival luxury brand I have been to you facility a couple of times recently so I am not positive which call this survey is for, so I will keep it general. I had a issue w I have been to you facility a couple of times recently so I am not positive which call this survey is for, so I will keep it general. I had a issue with my sunroof that, by no fault of yours required you to follow steps to rectify before going to the intrusive repair of tearing the whole car apart to replace the track, gasket and motor of the sunroof. This was performed, and again by no fault of yours one for the parts was defective and then created a whole new problem, wind noise. Another new gasket was ordered, shipped flat to eliminate the distortion the other one had and fixed. Without asking a loaner was provided for both extended service visits. without asking gave me back a car clean. My wife car, not a Toyota, my mistake had two transmission in 5 weeks, we were made to feel like second rate customers, just because I needed a comparable loaner vehicle, even though the second failure was dealer caused. I will have to think long and hard before I stray from Shore Toyota again More
