Service for my 2014 Toyota Avalon Service Manager Robert Anderson set up the service. ( My Avalon had 22835 mi. on it) Robert said the service would take an hour or less. You emailed me. You title it. I don't recall the name. If it was listed below I would've noticed. Must be someone unlisted. However, the dealership is a joke. I purchased two vehicles from shore and would've purchased a third. I will never recommend or return to shore for business again. I could not get answers or directed to someone who could give me answers. I called and left a message for Glenn Ridel a few weeks ago and have yet to recieve a return call. That's very professional of someone in charge. I understand why the dealership is a joke. It starts at the top. I do NOT want any future contact from shore toyota unless shore is GIVING me something. Don't contact me with xxxxxxxx about how someone wants my truck. If someone wants my truck, give them my number and have them call me directly. Second, I really don't care what you just got in stock or how great the deal is. Do NOT contact me. More
