Always appreciate the personalized customer focus Brought in our Toyota Camry for 50K servicing and one problem (sunroof slides open but does not tilt open). I was leaving the car (not waiting for it) and was asked how soon I needed it back, and was not in a hurry so said by 4PM - on our way home from a commitment for most of the day. My service advisor (Chris Bounds) called about 2:30 and said they were wrapping it up, but he needed to check on the status of the sunroof issue. Called back in about 15 minutes and said that it needed a switch replacement, and would run about $250 total for parts and labor. Not sure that I want to spend that much money on fixing it, so he offered to put the estimate on the work order receipt for future reference and they would honor that price. Picked up the car about an hour later, everything else done, with the car cleaned up and washed. I appreciate the flexibility, honesty, and customer orientation of the service that was provided. More

After meeting many staff members and taking a little tour of the facility I would have to say that the hardest decision we had to make that day was OK What color? Once home and looking over paperwork that's when we discovered the reason they were able to give me what I wanted for my trade was that they just added the extra to the price of the new truck.
