Always appreciate the personalized customer focus Brought in our Toyota Camry for 50K servicing and one problem (sunroof slides open but does not tilt open). I was leaving the car (not waiting for it) and was asked how soon I needed it back, and was not in a hurry so said by 4PM - on our way home from a commitment for most of the day. My service advisor (Chris Bounds) called about 2:30 and said they were wrapping it up, but he needed to check on the status of the sunroof issue. Called back in about 15 minutes and said that it needed a switch replacement, and would run about $250 total for parts and labor. Not sure that I want to spend that much money on fixing it, so he offered to put the estimate on the work order receipt for future reference and they would honor that price. Picked up the car about an hour later, everything else done, with the car cleaned up and washed. I appreciate the flexibility, honesty, and customer orientation of the service that was provided. More

I was pleasantly surprised to see the wide selection that they had in stock. After speaking with Rich Stas for some time about available options and so on.Both my wife and I decided that we would take a new Tacoma for a ride. Was very impressed , not only with the ride of this truck, but with the no pressure to buy like most dealers tend to give you. After meeting many staff members and taking a little tour of the facility I would have to say that the hardest decision we had to make that day was OK What color? Once home and looking over paperwork that's when we discovered the reason they were able to give me what I wanted for my trade was that they just added the extra to the price of the new truck. Typical dealer fast talk. Will not return for future dealings. More
Longest oil change of my life!!! I scheduled an appointment for 3pm and was asked if I'm waiting here or dropping it off. I said I was going to be waiting. The man then said it would be about 4 hours if I was to wait because I have it scheduled as a drop off and there are 4 people ahead of me (I did not schedule as a drop off) and the service area wasn't busy at all. I rescheduled the next day for 4pm so it wouldn't take long and I could wait there. I figured it would take the normal 30 mins to an hour. I get there the next day and wait 2 and a half hours for my oil change to be complete. My car was parked in the lot for an hour before they even touched it. Absolutely ridiculous. Save yourself time and go somewhere else!!!!! More
