Shore Toyota determined to ruin brand experience I purchased a 2017 tacoma trd pro in October. During my 5,000 mile service I pointed out a defect in the grill. I was told we'll look into getting it I purchased a 2017 tacoma trd pro in October. During my 5,000 mile service I pointed out a defect in the grill. I was told we'll look into getting it replaced. Hearing nothing I inquired about it yesterday during my 10,000 mile sevice. At first the response was "we aren't going to do anything about it". By the time I left I was told they were going to make it right. Today I was told they are back to doing nothing about it. As a loyal toyota owner, I'm reconsidering my upcoming 4runner purchase. After buying the most expensive tacoma ever made, the customer service and communication has left a bad taste for the brand. ****UPDATE**** After calling Toyota North America to open a case to resolve this issue, I learned that my grill concerns went undocumented for both of my visits. Not only did this dealer refuse to honor the e-price they gave me on the truck (ended up paying $7k more in a late night deal!), they try and leave me with a flawed product and brush off my inquires in hopes I go away unsatisfied. I'm again told it will be taken care of after numerous calls. Can't wait until this issue is resolved. Should have never been an issue. I can't imagine Toyota corporate would want this kind of experience for any customer, certainly not a customer buying a top of the line product. More

I had to bring my car back a couple of times because they couldn't get to it and was sent some wrong parts but he made sure things got taken care of. Some delays that were out of Robs control but otherwise great experience. More
Instrument panel I came in a little past noon and it was recommended that I come back after 1 as it was lunch break. When I returned, I was taken care of immediately. As soon as the contract is signed all the stuff you verbally agreed on goes out the door. During the test drive the car was on empty, I then ask the salesmen if we purchase this car I expect gas in the tank. Aboslutley no problem, I will make sure we fill it up was his exact reply. After the deal is done and the keys are in my hands he tries to tell me the gas card isn't working. I call him on his xx and then he tells me the manager said we are not putting gas in the car because we gave you 2 free oil changes. 1. I never asked for free oil changes 2. The oil change coupons aren't free, they are a max of $20 off oil a change. We all know an oil change cost more than $20. The money doesn't mean anything to mean it's the common courtesy of the whole thing. The car had 3 miles left until completely empty. When you spend 40k on a brand new car it should come with enough gas to get you home at least. All in all they saved $30 on a tank of gas but if I can just get one person not to buy a car there I'll come out on top. What they failed to realize is that being a Military member and working on a huge base is that word spreads quick. So congrats on your savings of $30 shore toyota. Good job.Keep in mind this is one a few things they failed at during my car purchase but I would like to stop wasting my time with anything to do with Shore toyota. Don't buy here, there are plenty of better options. More

Second, the service department people do every thing in their power to get things right. Third, I like being treated as if they appreciate my business. They have my highest recommendation. More
