Worst Toyota service Got a 2014 Tacoma from them. We heard knocking sound during steering and brake and informed them. They told us they'd call back. They never did. 5 mon Got a 2014 Tacoma from them. We heard knocking sound during steering and brake and informed them. They told us they'd call back. They never did. 5 months passed and the sound was just getting worst. Made an appointment online. Called them to confirm, and was told we are not sure if it'll be done coz we don't have a technician Saturday. We insisted on the appointment on Saturday and was told that they don't have a service car available and the truck has to be left in the dealership so they can fix it. I had to get a rental car from enterprise that cost me 200$++. At the end of day, I got a cal that it's ready. Since we live far from Toyota Shore, and they were closed by 5 on Saturday and closed on Sunday, we picked up the truck on Monday only to find out that they didn't do anything with be sound and was just told that it's a wear and tear sound. They should've told us this so we don't have to pay car rental, leave work early and drive this far! And, the staff are really rude! Got my RAV4 and Corolla and serviced from other dealers and I've always had a pleasant experience. More

Tom - Cape May I had a problem with my a/c. Dave Schulnick knew how to correct that problem. Even had an oil change, rotated the tires, wiper blades replaced. All I had a problem with my a/c.
