I thought I had succeeded in making an appointment, however I didn't and the website didn't tell me I didn't. I went on the site on Sunday, June 25 to double check and couldn't find an appointment for me. I called on Monday to talk to someone in service and he said there was no appointment for me on Monday, Since I only needed oil and tire rotation , he said bring it in and he'll fit me in, which I did and he did fit me in. Don't expect me to use your website again and needless to say I was not impressed except with your service person who got me in. Technology is nice if it works and very frustrating when it doesn't. I was very disappointed after the tour and briefing after I bought my car. More
