Quality service, too long of a wait. My sense is that the technician did a thorough job on my vehicle, but an oil change took too much time, in my opinion. After 90 minutes, I informed the woman who had checked me in that I needed to leave. She looked surprised but checked on the status of my vehicle. She returned and said it would be 5 more minutes. After 10 minutes, it was done. So, all in all, while I think they did a good job, time is also important to someone waiting for their vehicle (which I informed her of at check-in), and 100 minutes is too long to wait for an oil change. If they don't have time to handle me today, the person who confirmed my appointment should have said so. My time is valuable and I don't appreciate the delay or the surprise with me raising the issue. How shocking, a person who doesn't want to spend hours in the waiting room for an oil change. More

Very busy, rainy day to get an oil change. Was in AC and my plans changed do to the weather, so I decided to get my oil changed while it the inclement weather. I was greeted by Tina, and I asked if I'd be out by 3 to make sure I was home in time for my daughters bus, she said she wasn't sure but would see what she could do. Tina was AMAZING, and was able to get me out in an hour!
