Horrible Your service department has gone way downhill over the past year or so. It's still not right after the THIRD appointment. I bought the car there in 2009 and have used your service department for everything until now. I will not be coming back. Check my service records. Brakes. Yes, brakes. A backyard mechanic can change brake pads, which is more then I can say about your service department. I usually don't complain, and I did give you guys THREE times to get it right. My wife waited for three hours the third time, when the advisor promised it would take 30min. More

Just make sure you don't get "boned" like I did. Make sure that whatever you agreed upon is writen on paper, and it does not cost you extra (unless it supposed to). Would I go back to this dealership? No. My reasons are extensive, and my complaints are lengthy. Be wary.. I wish you well. More

Quality service, too long of a wait. My sense is that the technician did a thorough job on my vehicle, but an oil change took too much time, in my opinion. After 90 minutes, I informed the woman who had checked me in that I needed to leave. She looked surprised but checked on the status of my vehicle. She returned and said it would be 5 more minutes. After 10 minutes, it was done. So, all in all, while I think they did a good job, time is also important to someone waiting for their vehicle (which I informed her of at check-in), and 100 minutes is too long to wait for an oil change. If they don't have time to handle me today, the person who confirmed my appointment should have said so. My time is valuable and I don't appreciate the delay or the surprise with me raising the issue. How shocking, a person who doesn't want to spend hours in the waiting room for an oil change. More
