Dear James Aumack, I am very happy that you were able to treat yourself to a 3rd generation prius. I know how much you loved your first one. Wait untill you see how much nicer the 3rd generation is. It has been a real pleasure speaking with you since January. You and I have gone back and forth on so many topics, it is hard for me to remember them all. It is always awesome to meet someone who is just as excited about Toyota's as I am. I am sorry to hear that you felt that we did not care about you after you gave us your check. I can promise you that we would never stop caring about a customer just because we received your money. The sale of the car is the easy part because we sell Toyota's and everyone loves them. The salespersons real job starts to kick in after the sale, and it sounds like Jesse was able to accomodate you a week afterwards when you had some questions. I was extremely happy to hear how helpful he was for you and your wife. But i remember the day you were here. That day we were a little short staffed and extremely busy. So please don't mistake us being busy as us not caring for your needs. We have a 1 hour purchase promise here so after the deal is made we try to get everything done as quick as possible so you can get on your way.
