I have been getting my Toyota Camry serviced at Shore Toyota Scion since 2002. The service department is like family. Lori was very efficient, friendly, & accomodating. This is not the 1st time I have dealt w Lori & everytime she gives 110% to the needs that the car & I have. Dave was great! I had mechanical issues. The skid control light came on and the car would not drive any further. Upon further examination, they found that it needed a new steering sensor. They also took care of a recall. He researched my warranty to see what was covered. The car was completed in a timely manner and he was courteous, understanding and friendly. More
When I bought my car 5 years ago I was not happy with this dealership. I recieved a recall notice and needed to take it in for service. The experience was a pleasure. On Thursday afternoon I was able to schedule an appointment for Friday at 10AM. This was my first visit to the dealer, but the intake was quick and efficient. While waiting I had a cup of coffee appointment for Friday at 10AM. This was my first visit to the dealer, but the intake was quick and efficient. While waiting I had a cup of coffee and looked at a new Venza (maybe next year). I brought the car in for an oil change and a recall that should take two hours. The car was ready on time. Despite efficiency, every employee I interacted with took as much time as needed to answer my questions and address my concerns. I would go back to this dealer and recommend it to others. More
Lori happens to be my service representative for my 2007 Rav4. She always goes out of her way to help and answer any questions I might have. She keeps me updated on the progress of the work being performed. If parts or accessories are needed or ordered she always follows up with phone calls to remind me they're in. She makes my follow-up appintments in advance and then am reminded on computer before the scheduled date so that I can reschedule if necessary. She always makes my visit a pleasant experience.Lori is a great asset to Shore Toyota and I would have no problem recommending them to family and friends. More
I made an appointment on the internet with Shore Toyota, and was able to be taken and confirmed on the internet the same afternoon, which i thought was outstanding. When I got there my service agent was out to lunch, and Lori Reynolds took it upon herself to assist me. She told me exactly what was being done to my Venza. While my car was in service, I asked Lori that after the car was returned, could she possibly help me with setting up the bluetooth. With no hesitation she absolutely agreed to walk me through the process. I knew that she was busy, and might not be able to do it, but she stopped everything and did an outstanding job. Her committment to the customer and Shore Toyota was the best service experience that i have ever had. I also told the service manager that if she does not get a pay raise, i will personally hire her. Keep up the good work. On another note, when I purchased the car last August, my salesman, Kori could not have been better. He was very professional and knew his product. Thank You...
