This is first time owning a Toyota(2008 Toyota Highlander)and I have been very happy with My decision in part to the wonderful service that I have been receiving at Shore Toyota. I have been getting my car serviced exclusively at Shore Toyota and luckily have had Lori Reynolds help my with all my service needs. She has helped me feel at ease knowing she will have my car either serviced, cleaned, or repaired in an appropriate time frame and the work will be superb. I no longer have that fear of getting my car serviced and thinking it will take forever and the bill will be astronomically. I have recommended Shore Toyota and Lori to all my friends who have Toyota's and I will definitely continue to purchase Toyota automobiles in the future. More
I bought my car about a year ago at Shore Toyota. My sales rep Jimmy was great. My prius was Certified and I got a great deal. I noticed the front fender, bumper and wheel well looked repaired, but hey sales rep Jimmy was great. My prius was Certified and I got a great deal. I noticed the front fender, bumper and wheel well looked repaired, but hey...it was Certified so it must be OK. I recently looked on MyToyota.com at my vehicles service history and relaized there had indeed been a repair or two on the front area, which apparently was never really fixed well. I called the dealership, brought it in for an evaluation and they fixed it for free no problem. Lori is THE BEST. I call her and she gets it done. Low pressure, cheerful, looks out for the customer. SHE'S AWESOME!! More

Lori was a pleasure to work with. I am disabled and she was conscientious of my time, condition and finances. On March 10, 2011, I visited the service center to drop off material to Lori Reynolds. Informed Lori that I received a telephone call from a gentleman in the Used Car Sales Department saying, that they ha off material to Lori Reynolds. Informed Lori that I received a telephone call from a gentleman in the Used Car Sales Department saying, that they have great news for me,come into the showroom to discuss a deal. Lori walked me to the Used Car Sales Department. I was introduced to several used car sales managers, one was Olti, and Jesse Zanichelli, the sales associate who I would be working with. The overall experience was excellent! Days to follow, I received a telephone call from Anthony,in the financial department. Tuesday, March 15th, to be exact, requested that I provide them with W2's from my job. I informed him that I do not have a W2 with my business, that I have my own business,since June 1998. That I could not provide him with this information. He informed me that the bank would not approve of the loan. I had a previous loan with Team Toyota when I purchased my RAV4 in 2004. He put me on hold by putting the receiver down. While speaking to Dan about what information Anthony would need to process the loan, I heard every word spoken. Anthony verbally spoke, "Unprofessionally". Anthony then picked up the receiver to speak to me. He stated, that I need to provide him with a W2. Our voices became louder and irrated, that I verbally informed him that I wanted to cancel the deal because I did not like his "Unprofessional" tone of voice, and language. In that I would purchase my automobile at a Professional Dealer, who wants my business. I telephoned Lori Reynolds,immediately following this conversation,leaving a message that stated, to her in shock and upsetness,that I wanted my clutch in my automobile repaired, and that the deal fell through. In time passing, Lori telephoned me back, stating that she would get to the bottom of the matter. And, a manager will be contacting me. When the manager called me, Olti stated to me, that he apologizes for Anthony's unprofessionalism, and is there another deal that he could work on for me. I stated to him that it is not his responsibility to apologize for Anthony's language. No matter if processing the paperwork had to be done ASAP. Putting pressure on Anthony. Anthony should apologize to me. Taking full responsibility for his actions. I verbally stated to Olti that I did not want to do any more business with Shore Toyota in the future. Calling Lori Reynolds back I left a message stating, if she could call me when my car can be worked on, and when to expect my car to be finished. Lori Reynolds again went beyond the call of duty in providing outstanding customer service. She followed through with complete communication on my vehicle, she had my automobile's external washed and the internal cleaned. 100% OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD GO TO LORI REYNOLDS. I have been in sales and service for 30 years. Providing my prospective client's outstanding customer service. To win, win a customer, you MUST provide 100% outstanding customer service. Word will get around to other people, bringing you a rewarding business in the future. I am truly sorry that the "Unprofessionalism" language and business transpired. In conclusion, Lori apologized to me for having such a negative experience with the deal. Lori stated to me, that she wants my business in the service department. Mr. Bounds listened to it and with 11 years of technical experience, said that it didn't sound awful, but he would have it checked, of course. I wanted the car inspected, except for whatever the sticker represents. All prices were checked before the work. All needs for work were explained thoroughly. I expected to stay all day, but was out much earlier than I had anticipated. Mr. Bounds manner was respectful, professional and comprehensible. I couldn't ask for another thing. The "respectful" attitude is expecially important to me, because some people dismiss older women, and that is demeaning. More
