Mrs. Reynolds was very helpful and super friendly even do she was so busy, she took the time to make sure I was ok and taken care of. Robert Anderson was nice and informative. I was there for an oil change but he noticed I had a recall on my vehicle and he serviced that as well. OK Lori is My contact at Shore Toyota, went in for a oil change and also to get the brakes checked,took the free shuttle to the gym , when I returned I saw Lori who told me that the Car was not ready yet be change and also to get the brakes checked,took the free shuttle to the gym , when I returned I saw Lori who told me that the Car was not ready yet because while checking brakes and changing oil they found a leaking water pump,knowing I have an extended Warranty and she did not want me driving around with leak and the car was already there replaced it for me.
