45,000 mile service The staff, the quality of service and parts are excellent. The only problem is the distance needed to travel. We will purchase a new car next summer The staff, the quality of service and parts are excellent. The only problem is the distance needed to travel. We will purchase a new car next summer, and will be buying a Honda or Subaru, because there is no Toyota dealer or service in Cape May County. Cost of travel and time invested for service is a concern. More

It was my first time taking my car myself. I wasn't sure what to do. A gentleman offered (I can't remember his name) to take my car into the garage. I was impressed with the automatic garage doors! Everyone that I came in contact with was very pleasant. The staff worked well with each other and took care of the customers and at the same time engaging in conversations about the vehicles or kids or sports. I am not sure of the training that the Toyota Staff receives but, it works! More

Service took my word that my radio was faulty (of course radio always worked when I brought to dealership) after presenting a log (time and date) of occurrences. This was but one of three instances over the years that has convinced me of Shore's Service Departments dedication to me as a customer. More
