Inconsistent While the sale manager is a nice guy, I find the dealership holistically is inconsistent. For a scheduled appointment, I waited for a couple hours! While the sale manager is a nice guy, I find the dealership holistically is inconsistent. For a scheduled appointment, I waited for a couple hours! Then they offered to take me home but I had to find a way back. In addition, the last service I had, I asked to be dropped off at work. I was told that if my job was more than 5 miles away they could not drive me. I had to find a coworker to get me to work. I work about 8 miles away. Well, during this service I needed to use the restroom and see the sign in there that states that they can take me to my destination up to 25 miles! I love the car but find that I am annoyed by the inconsistencies of the establishment. More
