Then Dave got me back in to install the part super fast (next day!). Honest and respectful....very kind. My Toyota Rav4 runs like new again (THANK YOU!). It is a 2001! Toyota is the best made car in my opinion, but customer service is truly important, and I am very grateful to Asst. Service Manager Dave!! More

Once I gave the service gentlemen my info, I waited in the waiting room for approx. 30 mins. It was very satisfying I did not have to wait long. I guess because my car is new and was only being checked for 5,000 miles. Great work! More

Brake Issue I am very disappointed in what I was told about my front and back brakes. I was told I only had 5% in the front and 10% in the back and that it would I am very disappointed in what I was told about my front and back brakes. I was told I only had 5% in the front and 10% in the back and that it would cost approx. $600 to have repaired. I chose to have the brakes done by my son (Scott Heebner - owned big red Tundra of which you also messed up) instead of having Toyota do them. When he took the brakes off, he stated that I had a lot more than the 5/10% that I was told. More like 40/40%. I am extremely upset at the information that was provided to me by Toyota. Once again, as being a woman and not knowing a lot about car repairs, I feel that I was getting ripped off and I surely do not appreciate it at all. I realize that Chris Bounds only told me what the mechanic told him, but I do not appreciate being lied to at all!!! I suggest that you get a better mechanic who know what brakes look like when they are worn. UNBELIEVABLE!!! More

HER APPROACH TO CAR REPAIR IS TO BE AS CONSERVATIVE AS POSSIBLE. UNLIKE PAST EXPERIENCES AT OTHER DEALERSHIPS,, I ALWAYS FEEL THAT ONLY THOSE THINGS THAT NEED REPAIR ARE REPAIRED. What you will receive is the biggest disappointment of your life and Ron will state is "We din't do anything wrong". It might not be wrong, but it's is UNETHICAL !!
