Needed help fast, got it with understanding. I Needed the headlight fixed so I could drive at night. I'm 72, and I had just picked up handicapped plates for my car. Since Shore Toyota installed a I Needed the headlight fixed so I could drive at night. I'm 72, and I had just picked up handicapped plates for my car. Since Shore Toyota installed an after manufacture back up system for me recently, I needed them to install the back plate as it was under the camera. I was frazzled and brought my dog with me. They took me without an appointment. Jimmy Duff WAS SO VERY SWEET. it was like my grandson taking care of me. He even had my car washed. The salesmen who passed my dog as we waited in the nice waiting room, (good coffee by the way) all talked to China and me. My kudos and gratitude to Shore Toyota, Marie the scheduler who always takes my calls, and Jimmy Duff for helping me and China. Looking forward to seeing THEM BOTH AGAIN, HOPEFULLY ON A LESS EMERGENT BASIS More

24 month routine service Service Adviser Jim Duffy always friendly and professional. On this visit an oil change & tire rotation service was performed by a service department Service Adviser Jim Duffy always friendly and professional. On this visit an oil change & tire rotation service was performed by a service department technician. After arriving home I noticed that grease & oil was on the front hood, front trim and both front doors. Service technicians need to be more careful and clean up after servicing vehicles. More
