25,000 service Oil wasn't change. I called Toyota in Vineland NJ and Toyota in Toms River NJ and both they stated that 25,000 require oil change. I don't appreciate Oil wasn't change. Doesn't go above & beyond I had to get my windshield replaced and I was told that they would vacuum the car and clean it nicely but when I got back into my car, the floor was m I had to get my windshield replaced and I was told that they would vacuum the car and clean it nicely but when I got back into my car, the floor was most definitely not vacuumed so I was extremely dissapointed. Overall it was an okay experience because my car was ready within 5 hours. They did what they had to do and NOTHING more. More

Great Customer Service Recently had service work done on my 2014 Rav4. The vehicle was taken in as soon as I arrived. Even though I had allotted two hours for the work to be done, I was still running almost late for a dentist appointment. No problem! Their Courtesy Shuttle took me to my dentist's office and picked me up promptly as soon as my appointment was finished. I had asked if my car could be washed as I live in a condo and do not have facilities to do it myself. Again, no problem! The car was bright and shiny when I was ready to go home - and at no extra charge! I usually deal with Dave Schulnick (my late husband had built a great relationship with Dave, who is always outstanding) but Dave was off the day of my appointment and I dealt with Bob Anderson. Bob was equally outstanding, going the extra mile to accommodate my needs. I would recommend Shore Toyota to everyone. More

I drive my car every day but just because I don't put 12,000miles that doesn't mean that my oil can't be change!! I have to drive my car for 10 month to get my oil change that's the Toyota care!!!! In the appointment that I made over the phone I told them that my cars feel like it may have a bad bushing and there's something wrong with my door lock that some time it doesn't want to open, they didn't perform any check of my problem, I call the next day and I spoke to the guy and he said that he dint know about it? So why make an appointment? To think I was looking on the new Tacoma? And wait almost a year to get my oil change because I don't put 12,000 miles? Na Change my mine quick .( they didn't even washed my car) More
