I brought my car I've owned 3 months in for its first oil change. That's all they did. No topping off fluids, left windshield washer fluid completely empty, no complimentary vaccuming, which was something over the years I grew accustomed to. Today, the very next day, I noticed a shield under my car was hanging down, clip fell out, and to my surprise I was missing other clips. . This should've been addressed yesterday at the time of my service, especially considering they only cost $2. They did change my oil, so they did what they needed to. But they didn't do anything to ensure excellent customer service, or to show they value the customer.. More

Maintenance on my 2007 Camry I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change special. My car was due for it's regular oil change and I knew that it needed some other areas atte I received a coupon in the mail for an oil change special. My car was due for it's regular oil change and I knew that it needed some other areas attended to as well. I called for an appointment and got my car in for the next day. The amount of work took a little longer than I expected it to take, but that was ok. I was prepared to sit in the waiting room with work I could do as I waited. My car has over 188,000 miles on it, so it was worth the extra time to ensure that everything is working well. I appreciate the thoroughness of the mechanic and the explanations from Chris. More
