I mentioned it and the tech asked additional questions, including how the car drove. He cared. The call took 2 hours, including a wash. I would've appreciated a vacuum and window wipe with the wash, but ok. Now I know. More

Service mgr is best I have bought 5 different cars in last 5 yrs. my children and grand children all have cars that were serviced by shore toyota from day one and all in I have bought 5 different cars in last 5 yrs. my children and grand children all have cars that were serviced by shore toyota from day one and all in excellrnt shape my service mgr matt brushir iis the best , he set up appointments , takes care of all service and even sets up shuttle or loner car if nessary. Why go anywhere else. It should be noted if matt were to go anywhere else i would follow. Lol. More

90K Service with rear break installation I brought my 2007 corolla for a 90k miles service. I was advised that I am going to need new breaks soon in the rear. So I decided to have it done sin I brought my 2007 corolla for a 90k miles service. I was advised that I am going to need new breaks soon in the rear. So I decided to have it done since I'm already there. When I drove the car home after the service I heard some noise coming from the back. I ignored it first thinking that it will go away after a while. It got louder after a few days. I brought it back a second time to have it checked. After waiting for a while, I was told it was all done. But when I drove it, I can still hear the noise. I brought it back right away. I waited again and after a while the mechanic came with me to test drive the car. The noise was still there. We had to reschedule the service again because I already spent almost the whole day in there and still they could not figure out was wrong. I was really frustrated because they could not figure out why is it still making noise. Not to mention it's not cheap what I paid for. And I spent most of my day in there and still the same. When I came back again another day the service advisor said that if they can't fix the noise going away, I may need a new drums and I will be responsible for it. I was shocked first because now I will have to pay more for something that they could not fix. Either for a faulty product or worksmanship. But I said okay so it will be over with. When I was called back to pick up the car, the advisor and I test drove the car first and it was fine this time. No more noise. He said that they had to change the drums but they are not going to charge me. I was happy that the noise is finally gone and that they did not charge me as a courtesy. So I would say that I was disappointed first but in the end it worked out good so I am happy with it. Also the service advisor (Chris Bounds) is very nice. I also met Rico the mechanic. He is also very nice. I guess it just happened that the product or equipment they used at the time is not good. More
