Personal service My car started having problems in the parking lot next door to the dealership. Chris, the assistant manager in the service department came over and drove my car back. Upon driving it back, the car corrected the problem and I was able to get back to work. The car started acting up again and I brought it back. Chris was due to leave for the day but stayed until my husband arrived so I could transfer my things to his car. My car needed extensive repairs and Chris offered me a loaner car, plus kept me updated for the entire process. I was impressed with the personal service. More
