Chris, the assistant manager in the service department came over and drove my car back. Upon driving it back, the car corrected the problem and I was able to get back to work. The car started acting up again and I brought it back. Chris was due to leave for the day but stayed until my husband arrived so I could transfer my things to his car. My car needed extensive repairs and Chris offered me a loaner car, plus kept me updated for the entire process. I was impressed with the personal service. More

Oil and filter service and winterazation RF who I dealt with stated that there was a recall on the electric panel for opening/closing the window - however when I went to pay this had not been RF who I dealt with stated that there was a recall on the electric panel for opening/closing the window - however when I went to pay this had not been accomplished and resulted in my having to stay for a more prolonged visit. I would like to thank the manger because I became sick with a kidney stone and he allowed me to leave without paying that day so that I could go the emergency room! More

I mentioned it and the tech asked additional questions, including how the car drove. He cared. The call took 2 hours, including a wash. I would've appreciated a vacuum and window wipe with the wash, but ok. Now I know. More
