Not the best quality My experience started out well until I dropped of the car for service. I was told everything would be covered by warranty and I didn’t have to pay any My experience started out well until I dropped of the car for service. Also no one gave me notice about the readiness of the vehicle. I called and no one knew when it would be ready because no parts were received. Then the next day I was called that it was ready to come get it. I was given paper work to sign that was also filled out after at he information was put on the car. My car was left almost empty on gas and I had the rental car full. I also have white scrapes on the side of my car. I am usually not this disappointed. More

service scam When I leased my 2016 Tacoma it was to include two free service visits. I went yesterday for my second visit only to be told that the two free service When I leased my 2016 Tacoma it was to include two free service visits. I went yesterday for my second visit only to be told that the two free services had a expiration date that was three weeks ago. The service tech did what he could and gave me a discounted service and I left after 2 1/2 hrs for an oil change, which was better than my first service which took 4 1/2 hrs for an oil change. When I got home I checked all of my closing documents and don't see anywhere that the two free services expire. Just another nail in the coffin for this Dealership with me. Nothing! about this lease was correct from the start. I started buying Toyota trucks back in the 80's the first year they made them, and have owned about ten of them. I don't see an eleventh in my future!!! This review has nothing to do with the Service Tech that handled my visit, he did what he could. It has everything to do with the way the Dealership is managed. More
