One of the worst experience ever My Rav 4 was sold to me low on gas, no spare key, and missing lug nuts on my front and back wheel on the passenger side. I honestly think that the peo My Rav 4 was sold to me low on gas, no spare key, and missing lug nuts on my front and back wheel on the passenger side. I honestly think that the people working in car services should improve their attitude, I have never met such rude people. They could not give me any kind of explanation as to why lug nuts were missing on my wheels (who the xxxx would want to steal one lug nut from each wheel?) I told the older lady with brown hair that it means that they sold me the car without them and she had the nerve to deny and then say it herself that they sold me the car without them (doesn't make any sense right?) . They kept beating around the bush and giving me an attitude. The only nice thing they did was give us the two lug nuts but the other girl just used her hand to tighten it on my wheels (could have at least used a tool). I will NEVER go back to this place again unless I'm forced too. The only decent person there is Jim, this guy deserves a raise for being so polite and for being much more professional then the people working at the car services desk inside. This place needs to hire more people like him instead of the brown hair lady and the younger brown hair girl. More
