You get a lot of information sent your way and you have concerns. " are they ripping me off?", "are they being truthful with me about this vehicle. " and I am sure 100 other issues. But this week It was my second time buying a truck from Shore Toyota and I have to say they made the whole process much more relaxing then I could have imagined. I did not feel rushed, or pressured. I felt welcomed and I trusted that I was on good hands. Eric Moore sat down with me and listened to what I was looking for and match me with the perfect truck. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. Showing me all the details of the new Tacoma before I even got inside to test drive it. He did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable with the vehicle. While I was looking at my truck options, Danny Leach was working his magic making a deal to meet my needs. He was kind and personal. He did not rush me and explained everything in detail. He answered any and all of my questions. I ended up driving off the lot with a brand new truck that I love! Also I want to add the rest of the staff was very friendly and attentive to me and all the other customers. Overall I had a great experience and like I said I could not imagine buying a truck from anywhere else and I would recommend it to all my friends and family. More

Best experience and surprise. Lori noticed on my vehicle that there was an enhanced warranty coverage on my vehicle. Instead of me walking out of Toyota disappointed about paying Lori noticed on my vehicle that there was an enhanced warranty coverage on my vehicle. Instead of me walking out of Toyota disappointed about paying $1800 for parts and labor, I got a surprised that Toyota enhanced their warranty for that part.
