Great service and another quality Toyota product. I have been a loyal Toyota customer for over 33 years. I have owned and leased Toyota 4Runners for 20+ years and now have switched to a Highlander. I have been a loyal Toyota customer for over 33 years. I have owned and leased Toyota 4Runners for 20+ years and now have switched to a Highlander. We (my wife and I) could not be happier with the Highlander. At first we thought we'd sacrifice in comfort and luxury since in the last several years we have been driving the Limited edition models, but once my wife and I drove the 2016 Highlander we both enjoy the comfort and much smoother ride. Since it sits on a car chassis the ride is very smooth and much easier to control (in my opinion) as compared to the larger Limited 4 Runner that always felt top heavy to me. Overall very pleased with the whole Shore Toyota Team Jesse, Manny and Tammy always do an excellent job in meeting all of our needs and make the buying experience a real pleasure. More
