Waste of my time I had a service appointment of 8am. I was there at 8am and requested that my vehicle be ready by 11am. He said "no problem." At 12 noon, I did not I had a service appointment of 8am. I was there at 8am and requested that my vehicle be ready by 11am. He said "no problem." At 12 noon, I did not hear anything so I called and was told they did not even started on my vehicle . It is still sitting in the parking lot! Unbelievable! More
