My tire blew just outside of town. My father in law came to change it for me and told me to swing into Shields Service Center to make sure there was enough air in the donut. I drove in at the end of the wor to change it for me and told me to swing into Shields Service Center to make sure there was enough air in the donut. I drove in at the end of the work day with my 1 year old. Scott came out immediately and offered to put the spare on the back end so it would be safer to drive. We chatted about tires and different options for me. He took my daughter and myself inside and took care of everything. I didn’t have to worry or fret over anything. It was such a small, kind gesture that I absolutely needed at the end of a not so great day. I will recommend Shields and Scott Lackey to EVERYONE. Thank you so so much!! More
