I waited almost 2 months for the excitement of buying a new Mustang to subside a little before I made a gushing endorsement that sounded fake. Nothing has changed in those two months. Dave answered all my questions,wasn’t pushy and made me feel totally comfortable. When it came time to buy I was hesitant as usually, the finance department tries to pressure you into extra things, or the rates/terms aren’t exactly as what was agreed upon. I had absolutely the best experience in a finance office I have ever had buying a car. Teresa did an amazing job explaining everything in close detail and not trying to push anything extra on me. My tire blew just outside of town. My father in law came to change it for me and told me to swing into Shields Service Center to make sure there was enough air in the donut. I drove in at the end of the wor to change it for me and told me to swing into Shields Service Center to make sure there was enough air in the donut. I drove in at the end of the work day with my 1 year old. Scott came out immediately and offered to put the spare on the back end so it would be safer to drive. We chatted about tires and different options for me. He took my daughter and myself inside and took care of everything. I didn’t have to worry or fret over anything. It was such a small, kind gesture that I absolutely needed at the end of a not so great day. I will recommend Shields and Scott Lackey to EVERYONE. Thank you so so much!! More
