Anytime coming to Sheilds , Terry is amazing. He goes over and beyond to accommodate, we have purchased two vehicles and plan to purchase more. The service department is quite the opposite. Rude. I feel like I'm a bother every single time. Most recently I had changed an appointment time over the phone and upon arrival there was no record and no accommodations made. Now I have a brand new vehicle and the hub cap is missing from a tire rotation (not asked for). Extreme disappointment with service. More

I will never take my car there again. The service manager is quite condescending, they did not replace my battery although that was one of the things they were supposed to do, and every The service manager is quite condescending, they did not replace my battery although that was one of the things they were supposed to do, and every time I've picked my car up, something else is broken. This time it's the rear window defrost...worked just fine when I took it in, now it doesn't work at all. They told me my battery was fine after having told me a few weeks before it needed to be replaced. They charged me double the price I had been quoted for the work I did have done. When I objected, the service manager told me that "none of his guys gave me that price." Their service department is shady and although I probably would have bought my next car there, I will never spend another dime at Shields. Their service department cannot be trusted. More
