I don't know the names of the employees. My going there for service had to do with getting a new key phob. From the time I ordered and through the time I was called to set up an appointmen My going there for service had to do with getting a new key phob. From the time I ordered and through the time I was called to set up an appointment for it's programing the only thing I was told was the price of programing. When I arrived for my appointment I was told they had to have both my present phobs in order to program the new one. This meant I had to go home to get the other phob and then return to the shop. A waisted trip and waisted time on my part and on the dealership. I can only imagine what someone who had to travel some distance would have said about this. More
