We already had our choices narrowed down to two vehicles and he never pushed us in one direction or the other! The whole process was smooth and exceeded our expectations. While we plan not to purchase a vehicle again for quite a while, our hope is that we will be able to return to Sharrett when that time comes! Top notch service, friendliness, ease of purchase- they definitely deserve 5 stars! More
Continued Excellence I purchased my 1st Subaru from Sharrett in 2008 and had over $8K worth of service and repairs performed over that car over the next 9 years, and have I purchased my 1st Subaru from Sharrett in 2008 and had over $8K worth of service and repairs performed over that car over the next 9 years, and have always been very pleased. So when I started thinking about a new Subaru, I did my homework and started with email inquiries to three dealerships in my area. I followed up on Sharrett's response, first, because Gladys actually did get back to me first, and I have a solid history of good experience with them. I went in to look at a new Crosstrek, first hand, and Brooke was very helpful, informative, very pleasant and easy to work with, and at no time pushy. My intent was to look; purchase was something I was prepared for, but in no hurry to do. After my test drive, Brooke never assumed anything, asked what I'd like to, and moved forward in assessing my 2008 Subaru for trade-in value and putting numbers together for potential purchase of new vehicle. We had some back and forth on the final price, between myself, my husband, Brooke, and Mike, but that is always to be expected and I got what I wanted. My trade-in value was fair, and even when there was a misunderstanding on when I needed the roof rack crossbars installed by (two days out to accommodate a planned trip rather than 2 weeks), Brooke and Logan took care of it, right then and there before I ever left the lot, and it was done in the midst of a completely packed and busy rush at service department. Mr. Johnson worked out the financing aspect, walked us through the usual mountain of paperwork. He was very helpful, informative, pleasant and easy to work with and had a sense of humor quite akin to my husband and I that actually made this part of the process, oddly enough, fun (not that there was anything about the numbers that was in any way painful). Overall, an excellent experience. We really appreciated everyone's time and efforts, patience, and good humor. I never relish the experience of looking for another vehicle, but when I know I have a 'solid base to start with it, it does make it much better, and I certainly look forward to Sharrett taking care of my new 2017 Crosstrek down the road and, hopefully, being able to go back to them with confidence when it comes time for another vehicle. More

I had an excellent experience with Sharrett parts department awhile back, so when I needed to purchase a new Impreza that's where I went. I selected the car from their website, received an immediate response from a salesperson. We finalized the deal over email and everything was done upon my arrival. They even valued my trade +$500 over KBB. I've since used the service department to have a couple of items installed post-sale and they have been very accommodating with loaner vehicles and appear to do excellent work. More
Great Service and Very Trustworthy I have been using them for years and ended up going in for a vibration over 65 mph. They warned us it could be suspension or just a balance issue. We were prepared for the worst but they were honest and let us know it was just the balance issue. After that they even offered a Military Discount. More
Liars or just so terribly trained Do NOT go here. I purchased a car in 2012 that they said had a clean carfax and no accidents. Yesterday I went to trade the car in, and the vehicle Do NOT go here. Yesterday I went to trade the car in, and the vehicle history report shows a MAJOR accident that the car was in, that sharrett did not disclose to me. With one look over of my car, the sales rep was able to tell me every single place there was new paint, and show me how my bumper was not properly fitted at all because it was a poorly made new bumper. We called Sharrett, and they have refused to resolve this issue. We took a huge hit on the trade-in, because we had no clue that the car was in an accident. Either the sales representatives and mechanics are liars or they are so poorly trained that they cannot recognize signs of an accident and new paint that the other dealership recognized immediately. More
Losing oil The salesperson and I came to an agreement and I said I would come in and buy the car for the price agreed on. When I got to the dealership he informed me he had not discussed the price with the manager yet and that he could not sell the car to me for what we had agreed on. So, I walked out. They chased after me and reluctantly agreed to do the deal. They had to factory order the car for me as they did not have the model I wanted in stock. I received the car 3 months later, which I did know in advance and was fine with that wait time. I have had the car for less than 3 months now and it is losing oil. The service department has yet to give me answers and I have had to take it in for 3 oil consumption tests only to be told each time I am losing oil with no remedy. I am now being told I may need to put a new engine in my brand new car. I have now contacted the corporate office as that answer was not acceptable to me and they are working with me on other options. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I really needed it done as my wipers were not working. I went back in and was kindly directed to Jason, the Subaru service adviser. I explained things and asked if they could work me in to get the part installed. Despite not having an appointment, they did work me in and after quoting me an hour and a half for the repair, they had me done and out within 90 minutes. I work in the automotive business and understand how demanding the service workload can be so I really appreciate the accommodation. I now have working windshield wipers and commend their effort. I feel Jason went above and beyond for me. More
Way low on trade in value. I went to several dealerships looking at cars. I went to Sharrett Subaru because they had a car with the color and options I was looking for. They did not offer even half of what other dealers offered for my trade. I was very disappointed. It tells me I can't trust them. I also did online research, so I knew that they were way under in their value. I will not go back to this dealership. More
