First off the salesperson was OK; his manager was the problem. We had pre-ordered a CrossTrek for lease and agreed on a price, down payment and length of contract. When we went to close the deal, we were quoted a higher price. At first the manager apologized (and I guess expected us to forgive the mistake), then when we questioned it, we were offered to split the increase 50% (!!!). Finally, when it was obvious we were not happy with this result, the manager offered to honor the signed offer. We should not have had to go through this, since it was a 'dealership' error. At the end of the leasing transaction we were 'encouraged' to give a positive review of the salesperson and manager on the Subaru survey (we elected not to take the survey because of a required NDA). Finally, when Subaru advertises 'deals', whether directly from company or from dealership, there always seems to be a reason they cannot honor it (don't have inventory with same package, no inventory, last vehicle on lot was recently purchased, so no longer available, etc). We are going to try a different dealership when we decide to buy our next Subaru. More
How is it that daily advertising claims 125% of bluebook value on you trade in. And 0% financing on new vehicles and the dealership acts as if they never heard or seen this. Leo is the best! We drove 85 miles to look at a car that unfortunately was no longer available. Leo showed me several cars that he knew I would be interested in and put no pressure on me. We walked out without buying a car, only to attempt to test drive another car at some other dealership. Stepping foot inside, we knew we were making a mistake. We couldn't even test drive the car because it reeked of cigarette smoke and was in bad shape on the exterior (didn't really show up in pictures). The experiences of the two dealerships was night and day. Working with Leo at Sheehy felt so much better! We went back to him and bought one of the cars he let us test drive, and I couldn't be happier! Also, the car was very competitively priced. More
They lie!!! Saying you must purchase an extended warranty and service agreement in order to get the rate you want. It’s illegal, don’t fall for it. This is the worst dealership I have ever purchased a vehicl and service agreement in order to get the rate you want. It’s illegal, don’t fall for it. This is the worst dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from. I bought 6 vehicles from Sharrett, but Sheehy is shading. They also like to say that if you put a deposit down the car will arrive two weeks sooner. Also, a lie!!! Go to any other dealership!! More

Disappointed in the lack of customer service I had a wonderful experience with Max a year and a half ago and I have been raving about it ever since. I recommended that a family member go to this I had a wonderful experience with Max a year and a half ago and I have been raving about it ever since. I recommended that a family member go to this dealership today and was very disheartened to hear that she had a terrible experience with the saleswoman who did not even bother to get off of her phone or turn around to greet her and did not seem interested in helping her test drive 2 vehicles of her interest. My family member is weeks ago from her financial goal for a large down payment and no, was not ready to buy today and this saleswoman then seemed to act like it was a bother to get the keys to 2 vehicles she wanted to test drive since she was not ready to buy TODAY. I guess the COVID-19 really has sales booming for this saleswoman and she does not need my family member's vehicle purchase? I was very disappointed that I recommended this dealership to have my family member's time wasted today. I highly recommend this saleswoman be placed into additional customer service training or she's really going to sink your ship. More
All I can say is these guys at Sheehy Subaru are THE BEST! They are ready to answer all of your questions when you call and Max actually came to my house and programmed my Crosstrek to my garage door! T BEST!
