The service advisor Kristopher Straker denied the service although I showed him alignment service is listed as complimentary service on sheehy honda website. Because the sales also told us about this free alignment service at the new owner seminar, so I explained to the sales manager, he confirmed my understanding and told the service dept to do their job. After waiting for an hour, Kristopher gave me the attached report and told me that I must do alignment because "Right Rear tire is totally out of range". I hesitated but give in because he continue press on the report, the right rear tire had "X" meaning the alignment fall out of the range so badly which is worth than "-0.33" maxium on the paper. After the alignment was done, I reviewed the actual service report. And the "Before Measurements" was not even close to the numbers from the first report. In the actual service report, the "Before Measurements" looked close to "Current Measurements", like the alignment services didn't do much. I asked the service advisor, but he couldn't explain. Instead he told me "the alignment machine is so sensitive, even wind can affect the reading". (There was no strong wind today) Now I feel cheated. It seems the bad numbers on the original was created to convince me to have the service done, because the problem tires did not match, and the numbers were so far off that it looks like a different car! I asked the sales manger about the report discrepancies, and he directed me to speak to service director who was not able to explain this great difference either, so he offered me free of charge to settle the case. Then the General Manager Sina came over, after I relayed my questions about the reports, he admitted that he couldn't explain the discrepancies either, but because they serviced it, so I must pay, and added I should not return again because he will not service my car. GM Sina offered 10% discount to settle my complain. I paid the full amount for this questionable services to reserve my right to warn consumers. This is not the first time I had bad experience with Sheehy Honda Alexandria though the past 4 years, I only return because I was sold on their VIP membership. More
So Disappointed! I will never purchase a car or service my car at Sheehy Honda again. I purchased a CR-V there 3 years ago and have serviced it there, so when I decide I will never purchase a car or service my car at Sheehy Honda again. I purchased a CR-V there 3 years ago and have serviced it there, so when I decided to buy a Clarity I gave them the first opportunity. They offered a decent deal on the one Clarity they had in stock and a good trade-in price for my CR-V. I didn't originally love the color of the Clarity they had in stock, so initially we were going to pass. However, we decided to take one last look at the Clarity and decided that the color wasn't as bad as I thought and we were going to go ahead with the purchase. While walking around the car, we noticed some scratches and damage on the front bumper. The salesman set off to look for another Clarity to sell me since they indicated they did not want to sell us a damaged car (ha! - see below). After waiting for over a half hour for news, and after already having been there for hours, we told them we needed to leave to do some other things that didn't involve sitting at the dealership. They said no worries, we understand, and assured us that they would call us back in 15-20 minutes with an update. Three days later, we still hadn't heard back from them. I emailed and they responded a couple hours later stating that they intended to fix the damage on the car they had in stock but that they would not have any additional Claritys in stock in the near future. In other words, they said we could only buy this car. We decided to give them a chance on fixing the damage and went back that night because, surprise, they could fix the damage that day. We were wondering the whole time that we never heard back why they had insisted on finding another car instead of simply offering to fix the damage to the one they had in stock in the first place. As long as it was restored to like-new condition, we would have been fine with that. It also seems like the most logical solution. However, the back and forth, waiting, no updates, no communication, to arrive at this conclusion four days later seems really odd to us. But, out of our control and we're just reporting what happened. So, we came back. When we looked at the car, it was clear that they hadn't actually fixed the damage, but simply sprayed a little bit of touch-up paint on top of it. We could clearly see the damage through the paint and the paint they used had bubbled in many places. When pointed out, they said, oh we'll definitely fix that, sure, no problem, I see what you mean. Really? Then why were you going to sell us the car without actually fixing it? On top of that, they had not bothered to even wash the car: it had dust, leaves, and bird poop all over it. They hadn't bothered to charge it. Nothing. Then--and this is where it gets literally absurd--they changed the deal significantly in their favor. Just 4 days after our first visit they "re-appraised" our CR-V and offered $1600 less. The salesman shrugged his shoulder and said "sorry, it's a different month, and that's the deal I'm offering. My GM says take it or leave it." We pointed out that they were the ones who went silent and that we were ready to buy the car on Saturday, but that did not matter. We left. It's not just the amount of time wasted that bothers us, it's also that we are repeat customers who trusted them only to be completely disappointed and treated poorly. When we scheduled an appointment to come in, after their repeated requests to hurry us to the dealership, the salesperson wasn't even available. We were handed off to someone else, who though initially helpful was the person who failed to follow up for four days and changed the deal. Also, it was not us who asked them to start looking for another car, they were downright adamant about it. We did not promise to call in 15 minutes after having been asked to wait multiple times. We were, in fact, ready to buy the car. They never followed up and then they changed the deal? What's really important to this dealership? We think it's very clear--not their customers. We gave them every opportunity and were treated indifferently and as if they had more important things to do. And we're not sure if the tactic of offering worse deals to sell a car works, but we did not appreciate them bringing us back in, wasting our time, knowing the whole time that they were going to change the deal and give us a car that hadn't actually been repaired--or even washed. That's as shady as it gets. More
Amazing Experience! It wasn't an easy sell for him either as he had to get the car that I wanted from a different dealer and he was able to get me the price I wanted. He always made me (and my money) feel valued and appreciated. Even a month after car purchase, he has continued to provide stellar (and timely) customer service which demonstrates to me how much he appreciates my business. Rafeal would be motivation enough to look at another Honda for any future car purchase. Thanks Rafeal for such a great experience! More

I was having roof rails installed, and they told me it would be a couple of hours, I told them i didn't have a ride back and couldn't really wait.. they gave me a loaner for the time being.. (I am a Sheehy VIP member, I purchased the additional service since I bought a CPO used vehicle).Highly recommend this place! More

Kris and his team didn't improve any condition better to my a/c, but still decided to write an invoice for this ridiculous $319 and had me waited for 3.5 hrs. Today my husband called Sheehy service. The service manager answered my husband s questions. The manager said that Kris had me to sign an agreement paper for agreeing paying $350, then they just charged me $319. Then, they found it was compressor going bad, but they had already added some fluid to my car a/c system then found its compressor. what they made mistakes now costs me my hard-working money and my time of waiting for nothing? They said for giving me a break, they will take $200 off if I choose them to change compressor which originally costs $2,225, $200 off is $2,025. If you didn't do anything wrong, why do you give me a break? If you did wrong, why do I have to pay for your wrongfully doing? Ridiculous. Kris and service manager, if you place yourselves into my situation, will you fight for you own just? More
