I called in with an Emissions System Problem; Kevin answered my call and I took my car in a few hours later. He was just amazing. It is scary when something happens to your vehicle and having someone work with you through all the details, makes everything much calmer. It was my first time at this Honda dealership, when I entered, I was taken to the service parts, met with Kevin and he helped me understand all the steps that was about to happen. I left my vehicle and he arranged transport for me to return home. Called me within 2hrs with updates and the next day my car was back. He was kind, friendly, amazing at his job and I felt I could trust him. I have had so many bad experiences and endless problems at other dealerships, but this was just the best. Big thank you to Kevin Guthe. As for the other guys taking my vehicle and transporting me to and from the dealership, you'll are the best. Thank you'll for making my experience a good one. Will 100% recommend others to you'll. Keep up the great work, it is noticed.

So many dealerships to service Honda's but Sports Honda is top tier. They have some of the best service providers in the DMV. On the recent visit had a emergency that needed to be fixed. Another company NTB lost my tire lock key which was a a lock several companies never seen before. Took it to Sports Honda and they sent it to an expert who took two days to get the locks off. When I say Im a customer for life. Not just because if this it's pass service with them. This is my third car purchased from them always excellent service.

If I could give a zero on ratings!’nn As of 7/6/26 I took my Honda Odyssey in for a recall after receiving a call for picking it up. They close at 7 pm. I had arrived at 6:15 only to see a sign on door closed due to power outage. So o go inside they said I’ll have to come back tomorrow they locked up everything and they have no access It was unexceptionable not to call customers and inform them I came 40 minutes away not a call just excuses Honda of Waldorf MD not ever getting my business again and i will tell anyone who will listen not to do business here!!!! I bought a vehicle in the past but never ever again

⭐ Very disappointing experience with David Mendez in the Service Department I have been a loyal Honda customer for many years and have owned several Honda vehicles. I have always trusted the Honda name and expected a certain level of professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, my recent experience with David in the service department was unlike anything I have experienced with Honda before. My complaint is specifically about David’s attitude and the way he communicated with my family and me. Phone conversations were unnecessarily dismissive and condescending, messages were left unanswered, and basic courtesy seemed to be missing. The most unacceptable part was his interaction with my wife when she came to the dealership. While trying to resolve the matter, she handed David the phone so he could speak with me directly. Rather than simply taking the call, he put the phone down and walked away. The way he treated and spoke to her left her feeling disrespected and humiliated. Customers should never have to beg for basic communication or feel that they are being looked down upon. Professionalism is not only about fixing cars. It is also about how you treat the people who trust you with their business. One employee should not be able to damage years of customer loyalty, but this experience has genuinely made us reconsider whether we want to continue bringing our vehicles to this dealership. I hope Landmark Honda management takes this seriously. Someone representing Honda customers in a service management position should demonstrate patience, professionalism and respect, especially when dealing with customers and their families. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with David.

I later received a call back as a result of that review, but unfortunately, the experience only confirmed my concerns. During my interactions, I was talked over, hung up on, and ultimately not serviced at all. The lack of professionalism and basic customer respect was unacceptable. Martin Romero is easily one of the worst customer service representatives I’ve ever dealt with. Based on this experience, I highly recommend that you do not bring your car here. 0 out of 10 — do not recommend.
