All he wanted to do was sit in a new CRV so that we could determine if it would be easy for him to get in and out. We told this to the salesman who jumped on us at the door. Nassar immediately began a campaign to sell us a used (2018) Honda CRV. Apparently he considered us idiots. Why would we want to look at a new one he was saving us so much money. Every time we asked a question we did not get a straight answer. He directed us around the block for a three minute test drive. Had I been in the car longer I would have realized how bad the interior smelled. There is a very strong solvent smell inside. My father detests shopping for cars. After listening to the salesman rave about what a deal the car was, he was finally badgered into buying the car just to get it over with. After getting it home, the smell did not dissipate at all. It is so strong that riding in the car is literally nauseating or gives you a headache. I contacted the dealership. The GM said to take the car to the service department. We did and the vehicle has been there for over a week. We have not been contacted by anyone with an update. My husband has attempted to find out what is going on but has gotten no information other than the car is there. He has tried to reach out to the Service Manager but has not had a return call. In the meantime my elderly, retired dad does not have the car he just paid cash for to drive to get his groceries or to doctors appointments that he needs to go to. I have bought MANY cars in the last 40 years. This is the all time worst experience at a dealership that I have ever had. It is shameful that Nassar used the opportunity to take advantage of an 89 year old retired veteran. More
Horrible service department I bought a new 2019 Honda Pilot. I have had to bring my car back for additional add ons. Each time the service reps were de missive to me and ignored my requests to ask about service performed on my car. I received quotes for work to be performed on my car and when I asked why I received different quotes (400% increase) customer service rep was extremely rude and refused to double check the numbers. They are happy to charge your credit card for services rendered, but a very reluctant to treat customer with respect and appreciate for their loyalty. At this point, I feel their is a question mark about honesty, quality, and integrity of worked performed. I feel if I went back for an oil change; I would not get what I’m paying for. I will never bring my car back to this dealership even for scheduled work. I will not purchase any cars at this dealership. More

Their customer dealing are really bad that you even can't think about. Yes, I am talking of my own experience. Today I went to this dealership to buy a car. Everything was finalized, loan paper was completed. Car keys was handed over to me and tag was been attached to the car. When I was about to drive the car to home, I was stopped by the sales manager that I can't get the car. The reason that I don't have the physical Pay-stub to show my income. Earlier the deal was made, I was told by the loan manager and sales person that I can bring the copy of the pay-stub next day. We all agree upon with the commitment, I also put $2000 down-payment as per our loan process. I was completely humiliated and insulted in front of all the people on the lobby (Buyers & Sales person). They treated me that I came to the dealership to steal the car, their behavior was really rude. I had to cancel the whole deal after spending 7 hours because of the small issues that made up. They even don't any respect to their customers. At the end, I will suggest all the buyer out there to think multiple times before go to this dealership. Be careful.... More
Bought a New 2109 Honda Civic Coupe I decided to upgrade my 2017 Honda to a new 2019 Honda Civic Coupe. When I got to the dealership I was promptly helped and was able to test drive a ca I decided to upgrade my 2017 Honda to a new 2019 Honda Civic Coupe. When I got to the dealership I was promptly helped and was able to test drive a car within 20 minutes. I decided on a car with the salespeople (Pallob and Marcus) and they couldn't have been nicer and easy to work with and discuss a deal. Once a deal was finalized I then dealt with a Business Manager (Milenka Barry) and she was outstanding and took care of all my concerns and requirements. Milenka made the sales closing painless and a pleasure. I highly recommend Sheehy Honda and their outstanding people (Milenka, Pallob and Marcus). You will be totally satisfied with their service and customer appreciation. More

Since my family was treated well at Sheehy Honda when we purchased our previous three Hondas there, we visited Sheehy again this fall to buy a 2018 Ho Since my family was treated well at Sheehy Honda when we purchased our previous three Hondas there, we visited Sheehy again this fall to buy a 2018 Honda CRV. When we asked the sales manager for a sales representative that was knowledgeable but not high-pressure, he introduced my wife and me to Rita. Rita patiently provided us information about the CRV, took us on a test drive and answered a myriad of questions. We returned the next day and purchased our new CRV. During the next few days and weeks, Rita fielded a number of calls and texts from us regarding our CRV. She immediately provided answers for most of our questions and when she didn’t have an answer, she quickly found and shared the information we needed. I have already decided to seek out Rita when we buy our next Honda, and at Sheehy. Also, the service, especially during the warranty period and the first few years after our previous purchase of our other Hondas was efficient and coustomer-friendly!
