Typical Expensive Maintenance First tried to get appointment earlier in week via website - made appointment time but never got confirmation or call back. Called in three days later and appointment person promptly hung up before I could even speak. Called again and got service appointment for next day. Lousy website and receptionist service. Went in to change oil, check/fill fluids plus rotate tires. Tires did not appear to have been rotated. Car exterior was cleaned but the interior was not. If mechanics and car washers are crawling in my car and driving it during a pandemic - would expect it to be at least vacuumed if not wiped down - it wasn't.
