Less than honest and ridiculously priced Though a small amount of money, a very dishonest experience with the service writer. In for a recall fix, I asked for the cost to replace the battery Though a small amount of money, a very dishonest experience with the service writer. In for a recall fix, I asked for the cost to replace the battery in my key fob (low battery warning light came on that morning). The answer was $15 and she said that was just the cost of the battery, that they don't charge labor for this service. I passed. Checked their Parts info on their website this evening and they sell the battery (a very common button battery) for $6.60. I just bought 4 for less than $4 on Amazon. My best estimate of the truth ... they mark-up the part by 600+% and then charge about $9 for one minute labor (about $540/hr rate). I was able to watch 3 minutes of YouTube instructions and replace the battery in 1 minute. No real response from on-line chat nor via text through their website. Again, a small amount of money, but the dishonesty is very disturbing. Probably should be a courtesy service, but ... You can be the judge, More

Rachel greeted me with a smile immediately, and she just has the aura that she knows exactly what is going on and has everything under control. So efficient, professional, and friendly. I've had Honda vehicles for 21 years now and have been coming to Sheehy on Hwy 1 for over 12 years. Rachel has been my service representative for years and she's always been professional, personable and dependable. As busy as she is, she always has time to say hello and she listens very carefully to what I need and asks pertinent questions. She's always very responsive and never fails to follow up with a phone call if additional work is required, explaining it clearly. When the service is complete, she calls immediately. I really appreciate this because I'm pretty busy, too. Great job, Rachel. As always! More
