Everyone was nice , but the problem was not fixed. I took my 2019 Honda Pilot (13K miles) in because all the warning lights on the dash come on and tell me EVERYTHING is broken sometimes. I also neede I took my 2019 Honda Pilot (13K miles) in because all the warning lights on the dash come on and tell me EVERYTHING is broken sometimes. I also needed a recall for the radio software. The employees were very nice, professional and courteous. Rachel was fast and efficient. The waiting area with workspaces was clean and roomy, the internet fast and the other areas of the dealership were also nice. The problem I have is that the warning lights come back on sometimes and now the radio makes loud cracking sounds sometimes that that did not happen before the upgrade. I have to take it back and try again. More
